Physical adjustments help deepen the student's understandings of the asanas. In this workshop, we will explore adjustments in the standing series to help our newer students and enhancements for our more seasoned students. There will also be a discussion on typical misalignment's we see in class and how to remedy them through verbal and physical cues. You will be give the tools to confidently assist your students to go deeper into their practice.
