The Seven Habits of Highly Effective Chakras: Strategic Visioning and Business Plans for Yogis and Creatives FULL
Limited Capacity full

In his seminal book, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Stephen Covey outlined a path for success that has been followed by millions. Former President Bill Clinton said it was the only book he kept by his bedside and even asked Covey for council often at camp David. As a student of yoga, Ayurveda, and entrepreneurship for 15 years Andrew Tanner came to realize that Covey's 7 Habits have a near perfect correlation to the healing and mastery of the 7 chakras! When knowledge of Ayurveda and yoga are combined with the seven habits, one gets a perfect personal roadmap to self defined success! In this experiential workshop you will walk away with three things: 1. A powerful new vision/mission statement to motivate you, 2. A new understanding of the chakras and a system for opening them "off the mat", and 3. Clear direction on the most important habit you need to focus on for a more fulfilling life.

Please bring a laptop or tablet.

This workshop provides two Yoga Alliance continuing education contact hours.
